Pharmaton & Essentiale Spend & Win contest :

  1. This contest is organized by DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) and is valid only in East Malaysia.
  2. To participate and be eligible to stand a chance to win in Pharmaton & Essentiale Spend & Win contest, participants must make a purchase of the Pharmaton/Essentiale products from any participating pharmacy in East Malaysia between 1st January 2024 and 25th February 2024 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The entry will be considered valid only with a minimum spend of RM 88 in a single receipt for the purchase of the Pharmaton / Essentiale range.
  4. All entries will be included in the running to stand a chance to win ONE (1) of the following prizes:
    1. 1st Prize (x1 winner): Samsung AU7000 4K UHD Smart TV 55″
    2. 2nd Prize (x1 winner): iPad Air (5th generation, 64Gb)
    3. 3rd Prize (x1 winner): Apple Watch SE (2nd Generation) with Sport Band (GPS, 40mm)
    4. Consolation Prize (x5 winners): Tyeso Tumbler (530 ml)
  5. Participants must submit their full name as per NRIC, postal address, and a clear photo of a proof of purchase (e.g., retail receipt) showing the purchase of Pharmaton/Essentiale product(s) to the designated WhatsApp number 011-1167 4509 within the specified contest period mentioned above. Early or late entries received outside the specified contest period will not be entertained.
  6. Entry is valid only if:
    1. Purchase of the qualifying Pharmaton/Essentiale products is made within the specified contest period.
    2. Purchase is made in any participating pharmacy in East Malaysia.
    3. Purchase is made via in-store (physical store or outlet).
    4. Purchase through online and / or e-commerce marketplace / platforms are NOT VALID.
  7. Each participant is allowed multiple entries; there is no limit to the number of submissions. However, one (1) receipt is considered as one (1) entry.
  8. Each winner will only be entitled to ONE (1) prize from any of the categories listed above.
  9. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp.
  10. Receipts that have been submitted cannot be re-used for a separate entry. Please read clause 11 of the T&C for examples.
  11. Duplicate or entries with fraudulent elements will not be entertained.
    1. Duplicate / fraudulent entry example 1: using the same proof of purchase (e.g. receipt number) with multiple submissions using different personal details.
    2. Duplicate / fraudulent entry example 2: evidence of attempt to change / edit details of a proof of purchase for repeated submissions using different personal details.
    3. Duplicate / fraudulent entry example 3: evidence of attempt to change / edit details of a proof of purchase for repeated submissions using different amounts but with the same personal details.
  12. Pharmacy owners, retailers, and / or store assistants are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to submit entries on behalf of customers. This entry method will not be accepted and are automatically disqualified from participating in this contest.
  13. DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) and its partner may use your personal data to contact you in connection with this contest. In addition, each participant gives his/her consent to DKSH and its affiliates to use, process, transmit and store his/her submitted personal data for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with DKSH products, contests and promotions.
  14. DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or change the contest and/or the prizes with similar value at any time without prior notice.
  15. DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) reserves the right to replace prizes with other items of similar or higher value in case of unavailability, without prior notice to the winners.
  16. Winners have no right to choose the color of the prize. The color of the prize is for illustration purposes only and is subject to availability.
  17. Participants agree not to hold DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) liable for any claim arising to the contest and prize will be final.
  18. In the event of any dispute, DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) decision relating to the contest and prize will be final.
  19. Participants shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (19610100441 (4476-U)) fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect another winner in accordance with the contest mechanism.
  20. By participating in this contest, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
