Essentiale & Pharmaton Campaign :
- This campaign is organized by DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd [19610100441 (4476-U)] and is valid only in Malaysia.
- To participate in the Essentiale & Pharmaton FREE RM10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN Campaign, participants must purchase participating Essentiale and/or Pharmaton products from any participating pharmacy in Malaysia between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- An entry will be considered valid only with the purchase of any of the following products:
- Essentiale Forte N 90s × 1 unit
- Essentiale MAX 30s × 1 unit
- Pharmaton 100s × 1 unit
- Pharmaton Kiddi 100ml × 2 units
- Participants must submit proof of purchase and their full name within the specified campaign period. Entries submitted before or after the campaign period will not be accepted.
- Entries received after the campaign end date, even if the purchase was made within the campaign period, will be automatically disqualified from receiving the RM10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN.
- An entry is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The purchase of Essentiale and/or Pharmaton products is made within the campaign period.
- The purchase is made at a participating pharmacy in Malaysia.
- The purchase is made in-store (physical outlet).
- Purchases made online or via e-commerce platforms/marketplaces are
- Each shopper (based on mobile number) is entitled to a maximum of three (3) RM10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PINs, on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 6,000 units or until the campaign period ends, whichever occurs first.
- Duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be entertained. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Using the same proof of purchase (e.g., receipt number) for multiple submissions with different personal details.
- Editing or tampering with proof of purchase details to submit repeated entries under different names.
- Pharmacy owners, retailers, and/or store assistants are strictly prohibited from redeeming the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PINs on behalf of customers. Such submissions will be disqualified. Entries submitted via pharmacy business accounts will not be accepted.
- Participants must submit a clear photo of the purchase receipt (showing the purchase of Essentiale and/or Pharmaton products) via WhatsApp to 011-1175 1499, together with their full name. Receipts submitted through other channels will not be accepted. Unclear, invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or photocopied receipts will be disqualified.
- The Organizer reserves the right to request additional documents for verification under the following scenarios to ensure that the actual buyer benefits from the campaign:
- Scenario A: If multiple receipts are submitted under different member names, proof such as a photo of the IC (with the IC number masked) matching the member’s name or an e-invoice may be requested to verify the actual buyer.
- Scenario B: If a reprinted or duplicated receipt is submitted (e.g., labeled as “Reprint Copy” or “Duplicate Copy”), an e-invoice may be requested to verify the authenticity of the purchase and ensure that the actual buyer benefits from the campaign.
- Scenario C: If a receipt with a previously used invoice number is submitted under different member details or dates, an e-invoice may be requested to verify the validity and prevent misuse.
- Scenario D: If a “hold bill,” tampered, edited, incomplete, or otherwise suspicious receipt is submitted, the Organizer may request an e-invoice or additional supporting documents to confirm that the purchase is genuine and the actual buyer benefits from the campaign.
- Upon successful validation of receipts, participants will be notified via WhatsApp. The RM10 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be sent to the participant’s WhatsApp number within seven (7) working days.
- Upon issuance of the valid reload PIN, DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd [19610100441 (4476-U)] disclaims all responsibility for any misuse, loss, or unauthorized access to the Reload PIN provided.
- Each participant is responsible for redeeming the Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN within three (3) months from the date of issuance. DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not reissue expired Reload PINs under any circumstances.
- Any disputes or issues related to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN, including misuse or loss, must be resolved directly between the participant and the eWallet service provider. DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not liable for such disputes.
- DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd and its partners may use participants’ personal data to contact them in connection with this campaign. Participants consent to DKSH and its affiliates using, processing, transmitting, and storing their personal data for marketing and promotional purposes related to DKSH products, campaigns, and promotions.
- DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the campaign and/or redemptions (with replacements of similar value) at any time without prior notice.
- Participants agree not to hold DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd liable for any claims arising from participation in this campaign or the redemption process.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd regarding this campaign and redemption is final and binding.
- By participating in this campaign, each participant acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
